About Us
Cabin Fever Quilters has approximately 95 members who contribute to the club and their local communities through various activities and charity functions. Meetings are at the Tri-area Community Center, 10 W Valley Road, Chimacum,WA. Meetings begin at 10:00 a.m. every Monday. It is a great time to visit with friends, do workshops, take classes and learn new techniques. Business meetings are the first Monday of each month. Visitors are welcome!
Cabin Fever Quilters make an opportunity quilt each year to raise money for the club (see Tab "Our Quilt"). Funds raised are used for the operation of the quilt club, which makes quilts for Jefferson County hospice programs, Child Protective Services and Dove House, our local domestic violence shelter. Cabin Fever Quilters also make monetary contributions to other local charities and organizations such as Port Townsend and Tri-Area food banks, and Jefferson County Domestic Violence Shelter among others.
